libh2-java software package provides H2 Database Engine, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libh2-java
libh2-java is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libh2-java package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libh2-java *
You will get with libh2-java package name, version, architecture and description in a table
